In terms of cost, the unit price of a container house is typically between 1500-3000 yuan per square meter (depending on materials and configuration), and it avoids additional costs due to weather, construction delays, etc.

 

4. Robust Structure and High Safety: The main frame of the container house uses low-alloy high-strength structural steel, processed with welding technology, possessing wind resistance, earthquake resistance, and moisture resistance. The design of a high top frame (e.g., 180mm) enhances drainage capacity and prevents water accumulation. The fireproof rock wool board body effectively retards flames, meeting fire safety requirements. These characteristics make it suitable for extreme climates or high-risk areas, such as coastal typhoon zones and earthquake zones.
