Standard Dry Cargo Container Houses: This is the most common type, converted from standard dry cargo shipping containers. They typically retain the original container dimensions (e.g., 20-foot or 40-foot), with interior furnishings to meet residential or office needs. These container houses are structurally robust, easy to transport and stack, and suitable as temporary or permanent living spaces.

Open-Top Container Houses: Compared to standard container houses, open-top container houses have an open roof, facilitating the loading and unloading of large or oversized cargo. When converted into living spaces, they are usually fitted with removable roofs or tarpaulins to provide shade and rain protection. This type is suitable for scenarios requiring frequent loading and unloading of large equipment.

Framed container houses: Framed container houses remove the side walls and roof panels of a shipping container, retaining only the frame structure, resulting in a more open interior space and allowing for flexible layout as needed. They are typically used in spaces requiring large spans or special shapes, such as exhibition halls and temporary stages.

Foldable container houses: Foldable container houses are an innovative design that can be folded into a smaller volume when not in use, facilitating transportation and storage. When in use, they can be easily unfolded into a complete living or office space. This type is ideal for situations requiring frequent relocation or where space is limited.

Customized container houses: In addition to the standard types mentioned above, customized designs can be created to meet specific customer needs. This includes changing the size, shape, materials, and interior decoration of the container to satisfy different application scenarios and aesthetic requirements. Customized container houses have wide applications in tourist attractions, distinctive homestays, and other fields.
