To avoid cable collision risks, vertical lifting was replaced with inclined tail-sliding installation. All construction activities were paused immediately during rainfall to eliminate slip and fall hazards.

 

One of the project's most effective strategies was adopting a flexible container rental model instead of fixed procurement. Municipal road renovation involves alternating work phases and variable staffing levels. The on-site team size dropped to 60 workers during pipe network construction and increased to 135 workers during peak road paving stages.

 

The rental system allowed idle units to be returned during low-activity phases and enabled full on-site expansion within 24 hours during peak workloads. High-noise tasks were rescheduled to daytime low-impact hours. Centralized sedimentation and sewage treatment systems were installed to meet local environmental rules. The project achieved zero community complaints and passed all safety and environmental inspections on the first submission.
