Project Delivery Details

We installed 28 standard flat-pack modular units across a total area of 756 square metres, completing full on-site assembly within 13 calendar days.

To resolve uneven and unstable ground conditions, we implemented independent reinforced concrete pier foundations, controlling horizontal installation tolerance within 5 millimetres. The entire structure adopts a full-bolt assembly system with no on-site welding, enabling complete disassembly, transportation and secondary deployment. Dual-layer weather-resistant sealant and specialised sealing strips were installed across all panel joints, door and window perimeters, and base gaps to enhance wind and dust resistance. The camp passed official joint inspection and was fully commissioned in mid-July 2025.
